Join Our Team as a Licensed Occupational Therapist at Kaleidoscope Pediatric Therapy! Are you a passionate and energetic Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of children and their families? Kaleidoscope Pediatric Therapy, a therapist-owned clinic in beautiful Boise, Idaho, is excited to welcome a full-time, part-time or per diem licensed OT to our multidisciplinary team!

About Us:

Kaleidoscope Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to children from birth to 18 years old in the Treasure Valley. We offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services under one roof, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes family involvement in every child’s therapy journey.

Our state-of-the-art 6,000 sq. ft. clinic is equipped with diverse treatment materials and equipment to meet the unique motor, sensory, and developmental needs of our patients. Additionally, we offer aquatic therapy, home-based services through the Idaho Infant Toddler Program, and school-based therapy in local preschools.

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat a variety of disorders and developmental delays.
  • Provide therapy for children with fine motor delays, coordination challenges, and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Support children in developing independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, feeding, and grooming 
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of therapists to provide comprehensive care.
  • Communicate tactfully and professionally with families, colleagues, and medical professionals.
  • Complete documentation accurately and efficiently with WebPT.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active Idaho Occupational Therapy License.
  • A team player with a passion for working with children and families.
