Telemarketer - Insurance Sales Team Member (Remote)

As a Telemarketer - Insurance Sales Team Member, you'll play a key role in growing our agency by connecting with potential clients and introducing them to valuable insurance products and financial services. Your efforts will help strengthen our presence in the community, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our agency.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our insurance products and services.
Identify and qualify leads by gathering essential client information.
Educate prospects on available insurance options and answer initial questions.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
Schedule appointments for agents and ensure smooth handoffs.
Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
Ensure all communications align with industry guidelines and compliance standards.
Track and report on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance industry experience is a plus!).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a professional, friendly phone manner.
Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of insurance products—or a willingness to learn!
Strong organizational skills to manage leads and track outreach efforts.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on contributing to the agency's success.
