Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and release management activities.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices for implementation.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and data governance protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on development in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative development (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform architecture.
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices (e.g., Gearset, Copado, SFDX).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
