Contribute to and influence UiPath’s best practices and culture to establish effective and agile engineering practices across our engineering teams. Follow rigorous software development methodologies and cloud computing processes for cloud development programming; infrastructure as code for flexibility, security, and scalability; application/software performance monitoring and logging; task and issue management. Assist with implementation of internal automations to improve business processes used throughout the company. Learn the benefits of exciting new technologies and how to integrate them with UiPath, while developing automation robots for industry specific usage. Keep up to date with product releases, then roadmap and act on them (from product to customers- education; from customer to product – feedback and feature requests). Develop automation workflows with UiPath Studio and develop workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs. Gather project requirements for integration with partner products. Provide support to internal teams, customers, and partners’ implementation teams throughout their project implementation phase. Document solutions and maintain best practices and identify out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem. Conduct detailed code reviews as a service aiming to check Best Practices compliance and coverage. Conduct health checks for existing Production level implementations to cover areas of Process (definitions, documents), Code (Top Level design review), Infrastructure, and Maintainability. Be an evangelist of UiPath automation tools by identifying needs and showcasing the best solution and build solutions for different industry landscapes. Educate customers as to how UiPath’s software automation can provide increased saving and employee productivity; and the overall return on investment provided by UiPath’s technologies. Empower and train their teams to become increasingly self-sufficient on UiPath’s technologies by sharing industry solutions and best practices for RPA software deployment and usage. Inform clients and demonstrate the ease of widespread integration of UiPath’s software into their own software systems and applications.

Academic background, Internship or Work experience to include: Experience using workflow-based logic in RPA development; Programming or Scripting experience using at least one of the following: VBA, VB, java, C# script or equivalent; Experience with object-oriented programming; Experience working on software development scalable processes; Experience with object-oriented programming languages; Experience architecting automation processes; Experience coding in .net framework; and Experience working directly with customers and communicating to technical and non-technical individuals. 100% remote position reporting to UiPath, Inc. headquarters in New York, NY. Candidate may live anywhere in the continental U.S.
$95,493/yr. - $147,600/yr. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
