Job Summary

We’re hiring for our summer internship program seeking leading talent that shares our passion of purpose, innovation and creation. Join the Pricing and Analytics team as a data-driven intern and apply your academic experience to uncover real-world sales opportunities that contribute to business growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Optimize business intelligence dashboards by streamlining data models, consolidating key metrics, and enhancing data relationships to uncover sales opportunities
  • Develop tracking templates to assist the sales team in comparing sales targets against order data.
  • Research and collaborate with the IT team to identify effective methods for streamlining and standardizing customer information.
  • Assist in revamping the sales target planning process to improve transparency into sales opportunities and unlock growth potential
  • Showcase learning obtained during the internship program by presenting outcomes of key projects to members of the Sales team and/or members of Blue Bird Leadership Team

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities For Success

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
  • Ability to grasp business processes, understand the context behind the data and apply analytical skills to generate insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with solid knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Lookups, and other basic formulas)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Basic Education And Experience Required

  • Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the internship assignment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working with large datasets
