Collaborating Creatively : Partnering with the business and cross-functional teams to identify issues, design solutions, and drive innovation. Owning Your Craft : Writing high-quality code to specifications as well as work with autonomy and within a team. On a typical day you’ll work on projects with considerable complexity. You’ll develop new and innovative solutions, enhance existing applications and provide technical assistance and advice. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about coding, can manage individual tasks, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and inventive team culture. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience : Database management system: 3 years or more; coding, testing, and design: 3 years or more Software development methodologies: 3 years or more Education : ~ BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience Skills : Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/Core, Entity Framework, and JavaScript.
