Digital Marketing Specialist


Job Summary:
In this role, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing the credit union’s digital marketing efforts. From managing web content and online ad campaigns to monitoring performance metrics and reputation platforms, you will play a key role in enhancing member engagement and driving growth. You will collaborate with internal teams, assist in campaign testing, stay on top of digital trends, and ensure our marketing initiatives are effective, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals.

Salary: $28.50-$40.50 Depending on Experience

Location:
Tucson, AZ, this is an in-person position based at our Tucson office

Key Responsibilities:
• Support promotion of products and services to drive traffic and acquire new members.
• Assist in monitoring performance of digital ad campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research.
• Assist in implementing A/B testing for digital campaigns
• Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies, interfaces with IT, the Digital Product team, and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, engage new partners, and ensure smooth integrations.
• Provide assistance to other branches and departments through all communication channels.
• Provide administrative support to the department as needed.
• Provide backup support to other team members in the department as needed.
• Manage online reputation including Google reviews, Yelp, BBB, social media, and any other related platform.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of six months of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field including Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work or educational experience required
  • Experience in deploying campaigns through at least one leading email marketing service provider
  • Knowledge of Google Products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio), updating websites, and data reporting required

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools
  • Basic knowledge of website development
