We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our orthodontic office !
What We're Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills✅ Experience with Carestream/Orthotrac is a plus, but not required ✅ Previous receptionist experience in the medical/dental field is preferred✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities Include:
Working Hours:
Rotating Schedule
Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm
or
Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm (Fridays 8am-5pm)
One Saturday (8am-12pm) every 8 weeks (not in the summer).
